Return Policy

SHIPPING

All our products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in New Jersey & New York, USA. Most orders will ship within 48 business hours and are sent out via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Depending on how busy we are, it could take two or three business days.

Your order will be assigned a tracking number and can be tracked via the UPS, USPS, or FedEx websites. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. You can also log into your account to view the tracking number.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday.

We only ship to select countries; please email admin@strikerscriczone.com for more information.

If you get Free Shipping, we will most likely ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground only. Free Shipping doesn’t qualify for any priority or overnight delivery.

  • Shipping in the US will take 2-6 business days or less. (Free shipping could take up to 10 days)
  • Shipping to Canada will take 5-12 business days.
  • Shipping to Australia will take 7-12 business days.
  • Shipping to the UK will take 15 business days.

Most other countries will take anywhere from 10 business days to 4 weeks.

Note: FOR ANY LOSS OF THE PACKAGE BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER OR MISSING PACKAGE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. WE CAN TAKE CARE ONLY IF THE PACKAGE IS INSURED BY YOU.

For international shipments (outside the USA), you may have to pay import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to check if your importing country has any such laws.

Overnight Orders: Need to be placed prior to 10 AM EST to be shipped the same day & contact made with us to confirm. No Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday Shipping or delivery. For example, if an overnight order is made on Friday, it will be delivered only on Monday. Also, FedEx, UPS, and USPS do not guarantee next-day delivery to some locations.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Please note items purchased in any “SALE” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. They will only be accepted back if we shipped you the wrong product or a faulty product which was our fault. If you wish to return a product you ordered, you will need to return it within a week of receiving it.

We have the best quality products and the most amazing customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with your new cricket equipment. We stand behind our products and are here to support you on your new path to scoring runs, taking catches, and taking wickets. If we make an error in your order, we will correct it right away. If your shipment is damaged or missed by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, please file a claim with your local office. For items being missed by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, you need to check with neighbors, family members, and local delivery staff prior to registering a complaint. If the items are still missing, then you need to register a police complaint and with the FIR, register an official complaint with the service provider. Then give us a call or send us an email with the proof, so we can work with you on any items that were missed or damaged.

Used Bat or Knocked Bat: is NOT covered under the return policy.

We do offer free returns on select products and select orders at our discretion, like if we shipped you the wrong product or a faulty product which was our fault. For the rest of the products, the return cost or shipping cost must be borne by the customer (e.g., size or style issues with accessories, equipment, shoes, clothes, helmets, etc.).

No Return or Exchange for undergarments, Abdo guards, and any products coming under this very personal category.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us pictures at admin@strikerscriczone.com along with your phone number and order number. We will contact you back and discuss your issue with you personally. We are here to make you happy, not make your life difficult.

15-DAY GUARANTEE

Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 15 days of purchase. If you are not entirely happy with the product you received, return the product in the same good condition and we will issue you a store credit (two-way shipping cost will be deducted).

WARRANTY ON CRICKET BATS

Due to the nature of the game, all cricket bats will eventually break. Some quicker than others. Most companies DO NOT warranty their cricket bats, especially the edges and toes, as these are the most common areas to break. A good knocking-in service, like the one offered by us, will help your bat last a little longer.

Used Bat or Knocked Bat: is NOT covered under the return policy.

Warranty on bats: is completely under management discretion.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. View the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu.
  3. Click the Return Item(s) button.

We’ll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by our Customer Service Ninjas. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.

Better yet, just call us at (the number above). Most of the time, they’ll get you sorted out OR email us at admin@strikerscriczone.com.

Used Bat and Knocked Bat will not be covered under the return policy until approved by management.
